Hello, my name is Amanda and I am going to use this blog to document my weightloss journey and hopefully inspire others along the way. I have been overweight my entire adult life and have dieted off and on, but always ended up gaining it all back. This past November I joined Weight Watchers and began going to meetings and I am determined to finally get healthy and lose all this weight. I have about 100 pounds to lose and I would like to at least lose half of that this year.
