Wow, it’s been a while since I last posted! It has been a really busy week and although I would like to post more on here, some days I just don’t get a chance to. I wanted to post on Friday for some new food finds, but unfortunately we ended up going out of town that day and things just got hectic. So I will save those new food finds for this Friday.
I would love to say that I’ve stayed perfectly on track this week, but the truth is that several days I went way off track and I’m sure it will show when I weigh in tomorrow. But I am back on track now so that is all that matters.
This is what we are having this week!
Sunday: Stuffed Pepper Casserole (I planned to make it this past week but we ended up going out to eat)
Monday: Subway (WW Meeting)
Tuesday: Baja Chicken Tacos
Wednesday: Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta
Thursday: Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
Friday: Philly Cheesesteak Pizza (Using 2 ingredient dough – 1c self-rising flour & 1c plain nonfat greek yogurt and I use 1T olive oil & minced garlic brushed on the crust before baking; 2oz steakums sliced steak, 4 slices provolone, 5oz Trader Joe’s lite shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced green peppers, sliced mushrooms, and sliced onions)
Saturday: Baked Chicken Tenders
