Hope you all had a great weekend! I wanted to post my weekly meal plan yesterday but I got busy since it was Mother’s Day. I didn’t do very well with eating this past week and I know that my weigh-in today will reflect that. But I am continuing on and I am not giving up!
This is what we are having this week.
Monday: Subway (WW Meeting)
Tuesday: Skinny Chicken Enchiladas
Thursday: Cheesy Chicken Tortellini
Friday: Philly Cheesesteak Pizza (Using 2 ingredient dough – 1c self-rising flour & 1c plain nonfat greek yogurt and I use 1T olive oil & minced garlic brushed on the crust before baking; 2oz steakums sliced steak, 4 slices provolone, 5oz Trader Joe’s lite shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced green peppers, sliced mushrooms, and sliced onions)
Saturday: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
We have had the philly cheesesteak pizza every Friday for a month I think! It is so good and if you haven’t made it, you definitely should! I had my mom and sister over last Friday and they loved it!
