Wow, what a week it has been! We have had so many changes in our weather! We experienced thunderstorms, a snowstorm, and finally the temperatures are getting warmer and I’ve been spending a lot more time outside with my kids. I’ve gotten a lot of steps in and that makes me feel great! As far as eating, I did have a few slipups, but I tracked it all and I am okay with it.
So this is what we are having this week.
Sunday: Roast Beef
Monday: Subway (WW Meeting)
Tuesday: Chicken Nachos (Using 1sp Ole tortillas, cut up and cooked in the air fryer)
Wednesday: Grilled hot dogs (Using Oscar Mayer lean beef franks and Sara Lee 80 calorie hotdog buns)
Thursday: Chicken Bacon Broccoli Alfredo
Friday: Philly Cheesesteak Pizza (Using 2 ingredient dough – 1c self-rising flour & 1c plain nonfat greek yogurt and I use 1T olive oil & minced garlic brushed on the crust before baking; 2oz steakums sliced steak, 4 slices provolone, 5oz Trader Joe’s lite shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced green peppers, sliced mushrooms, and sliced onions)
Saturday: Mushroom & Swiss burgers
