Well I knew it wasn’t going to be a good weigh-in. I knew that I had made quite a few poor choices this past week. So I wasn’t surprised to see the gain. I’m disappointed but I’m not beating myself up over it. I have to accept that I’m not always going to have losses. There’s going to be times where I just have a bad week and I gain. It’s not a perfect journey because I am not perfect. I am human and mess up once in a while. So I am just taking it as a lesson learned that it wasn’t my best week, but I will keep working towards my goal.
In the past I would have seen this gain and decided to quit. So I am not doing that and I am moving on. I have a good plan for this week because I have all of my meals and snacks tracked through Friday. The weekend will be challenging because it’s Easter and we have two family gatherings to attend. Thankfully, one of them we were asked to bring the relish tray, so I can make sure we have lots of veggies and 0 point foods. I will just try to limit my portions and do the best I can.
